321 Learmonth Traditional Still Cider

Pale straw with hints of lime green on the rim showing its youth of a traditional style in a modern world.

A light fresh, clean appearance cider with a distinct floral nose that shows some lovely heritage cider apple sweetness within the delicate aromatics.

It’s really all about the retention of freshness from the natural source of the orchard terroir.

This cider ties in with perfect harmony from the lifted floral bouquet into the surprisingly dry crisp but well balanced palate. Great natural acidity and tannins give this apple wine a great mouth feel and notes of apple core and earthy characters that sit well alongside the fresh apple fruit sweetness.

Some slight signs of mineral lemon/lime and stone fruit that excites the senses with the racy, lively and bouncy palate of slightly spritz and chewy acid.

A refreshing beverage as an aperitif on its own or enjoy with a vast spectrum of meals as this little cider will match up quietly but firmly alongside even the strongest and richest of dishes.
